Not loved by your pet? Send it back within 30 days.
How returns work
Email us at hello@pawsomepicks.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a return label. Items should be unused or gently used. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If anything goes sideways, reach out — we'll make it right.
